In addition to the existing wooden, legally built building, it is possible to construct a maximum of ten wooden houses, up to 50 m2 in size and with a maximum of 30 beds, in the area of ​​the intended use of tourism areas. The construction of wooden houses should be carried out so that at least half of the trees in the existing forest will be preserved. The belt along the Krka River (between the river and the current building - the area of ​​the intended use of the managed green places) remains completely unbuilt. It also does not invade the banks of the Krka River and does not build buildings on it. All necessary additional communal infrastructure is implemented in such a way as to interfere with the root system of trees as little as possible. In the floodplain area, the construction of new facilities is not allowed. Common parking lots are located along the regional road. As part of the parking lots, it is possible to arrange parking for caravans - motorhomes that will be guests of this area. The access of motor vehicles to the existing and planned buildings will be only emergency, and for delivery, all other traffic should stop along the regional road. The parking lot must be appropriately organised and communally equipped (a separate rainwater collection with oil traps). The parking lot is not intended to be illuminated. Interventions in forest land are permitted under Article 120 of the Decree on the Municipal Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Kostanjevica na Krki.
