Health Resort Gaja

The investment will comprise the construction of a niche and high-quality class tourist complex/ eco-resort (Healthiness & Spa Resort) – 4**** plus.

The goal is to construct the tourist complex in the centre of the region Slovenske gorice, the village called Janežovci in the Municipality of Destrnik.

On an area of around 82,000 m2 with an existing geothermal well, a hotel and two sets of apartment villas are planed on the verge of partly shaped natural lakes. One of them in the form of a hotel suite and operating in the scope of the Hotel, and the other in the form of apartments, which will be sold to private investors/buyers.

The tourist complex shall be marketed under the trademark "Gaja", with the creative slogan "Garden of Senses". In contrast, the tourist complex's functional, geographic explanation will be "The Healthiness Resort Gaia".

The objectives of the investment in the construction of the planned tourist complex are the following:
- Achieve the maximum value of the area, its natural wealth and the environment by offering it to the tourists in the form of the tourist complex (Resort) Gaia, "Healthiness resort Gaia";
- Design a medical programme that is attractive for the guests and profitable for the investors;
- Maximise the guests' average expenditure (earnings per guest per overnight stay);
- Maximise the guests' satisfaction by offering quality atmosphere, programmes and services;

The tourist complex's programme will follow the European and global trends in green health and wellness tourism by integrating the unique characteristics and ethnical elements of the local environment, offering the guest a peaceful and relaxing experience and recreation at the highest level.

Some more details on SPA & WELLNESS:
Wellness comprises two rooms for a relaxation session and five massage rooms where massages and beauty programmes are carried out. There is a special room for mud treatments with indigenous mud. This part comprises a room for guided spiritual and physical exercise (individual and group), where the guests can relax in different programmes (yoga, autogenic training, relaxation with music, etc.).
Wellness comprises four saunas and three whirlpools, fitness, pools, approximately 460 m2 covered and about the same area of outdoor water surfaces and a separate pool section with healing mud.

There will be a special area reserved for mud pool where all guests will be free to indulge in "mud bathing" pleasures. For sanitary purposes, this area will be separated from other water areas in such a way that the guests will not be able to go directly into the so-called "clean" parts.

In the Hotel will be a Medical Clinic on 300 m2 for healing with human steam cell and doctors from Slovenia and India.

There is a special hall for conferences with the capacity to host 250 participants in the theatre-like arrangement and the possibility of organising banquets.
